This luxury Les Carroz apartment is in a newly built MGM development located in a wonderful part of Les Carroz d'Arraches. Alpage is a prestigious chalet consisting of four chalet apartments. There is a private ski locker and ample car park space for the use of MyFrenchChalet clients. The apartment’s location offers dramatic views across the valley looking up to the slopes of Les Carroz and Flaine. From the lounge or spacious south facing sun terrace you can even watch the last skiers come down the mountain. Alpage is a 10-minute walk into the centre where the ski gondolas start but just in front of the apartment block is the bus stop service by the free regular ski bus in and out of the centre of Les Carroz.

AlpageG is finished to a luxurious alpine standard of Les Carroz accommodation. Its south facing position with a clear view of the slopes and backing onto the woods is perhaps the most enviable location in the complex. Its traditional wooden furniture is top of the range, produced by local craftsmen. It has two large floor to ceiling windows overlooking the superb Grand Massif valley, leading out to a south facing 10 square metre sun balcony. The lounge has ample seating, with a 2-meter-long settee (which folds out into a double bed), a comfortable chair and 2 poofs. The TV, CD and DVD player is an all-in-one player. The separate dining area with a large dining table completes the large bright living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, four-ring halogen hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, washer-dryer and plenty of cupboard storage. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite shower and sink, a double bed, a large cupboard, 2 bed side tables, shelf and hooks. Bedroom 2 is south facing, equally as big as Bedroom 1 and also has a double bed, a large cupboard, 2 bed side tables, shelf and hooks. Bedroom 3 (the Coin Montagne) is a small room with bunk beds, a storage drawer under the bed and shelves and hooks. The bathroom is fully equipped with a bath with shower over it, full size basin, plenty of cupboards and storage and heated rail. There is also a separate WC and sink in the apartment with a mirror. The hall also has a storage cupboard and hooks.
