This three bedroom luxury Les Carroz chalet apartment is in a newly built (2004) MGM development located in a wonderful part of Les Carroz d'Arraches. Alpage D is part of a prestigious individual chalet consisting of four separate chalet apartments. There is a private ski locker and ample outdoor car parking space for the use of MyFrenchChalet clients. The chalet’s location offers dramatic views across the valley looking up to the slopes of Les Carroz and Flaine. From the lounge or balcony you can even watch the last skiers come down. Alpage D is a 10-minute walk into Les Carroz town centre where the ski gondolas start, very close to the chalet is the bus stop serviced by the free and very regular ski bus in and out of the centre of Les Carroz.
The chalet apartment is finished to a luxurious alpine standard of Les Carroz accommodation. Its traditional wooden furniture is top of the range, produced by local craftsmen. Large patio doors overlook the superb Grand Massif valley, leading out to a perfect balcony with patio table and chairs. The lounge has ample seating with a large dining table, luxurious chairs and sofa (which converts into a full size double bed), coffee table and 2 poofs. The TV, CD and DVD player’s are all-in-one players, one situated in the lounge and one in the children’s mezzanine bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, four-ring halogen hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of cupboard storage. The lower floor bedroom 1 has a double bed, a large inbuilt wardrobe, tall dresser, two bed side tables with lamps, under bed storage drawer and ski clothing hangers. The upper floor bedroom 2 has two single beds with a tall dresser, one bed side table with lamp, under bed storage draws and ski clothing hangers. The upper floor mezzanine bedroom 3 has bunk beds, a single sofa bed (with pull-out single bed underneath), a large dresser and several ski clothing hangers - ideal for up to 4 children. The bathroom is fully equipped with a small bath and shower over it, full size wash basin, plenty of cupboards and heated towel rail. There is a separate WC in the apartment. The hall also has a storage cupboard, steam iron, ironing board, hair drier, clothes airer and ski clothing hangers. Therefore the chalet apartment accommodates 6 to 8 people with overall sleeping capacity for 10 if the lounge sofa bed is used, ideal for two families or large groups.
